VFR night
Flying at night, even in good weather conditions is far more challenging than daylight flying. Therefore, pilots, who want to execute night flights, must receive additional training, whereas the airplanes have to be adequately prepared and equipped.
Night flights are subject to different procedures, which means pilots willing to extend the privileges of the PPL(A) to include night flight need to obtain the additional qualification. In order to be granted the permission for flying at night, pilots must obtain the compulsory Night VFR qualification. This qualification is also required when applying for the IR(A).
The Night VFR training program consists of the theoretical course, conducted in an individual mode, and 6 flight hours with instructor on the Cessna 150/152. These flight hours include flying into airport control zone, operating in the circuit (several circles) and navigation route/night navigation. Of course all the flights are executed at night:). Training for the Night VFR is always an unforgettable experience. And once they have obtained this qualification, pilots find flying at night truly rewarding.
The Night VFR training at our school is exceptional for many reasons. First of all, Ventum Air uses the EPBC airfield, which boasts very good infrastructure. Thanks to this, our students can enjoy breathtaking bird’s-eye views of Warsaw. Secondly, our airplanes are exceptionally well-equipped for night flying. Last, but not least, Ventum Air employs a team of highly experienced instructors, who are always eager to share their knowledge with students.
