MCC + JOC is one of the last courses on the path of every commercial pilot who plans to work in a multi crew environment.
The aim of the training is to develop both technical and non-technical skills required to operate a Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA) in a multi crew environment. During the CBT self learning You will provided with all the necessary knowledge regarding the course as well as the B737NG SIM.
The practical training is conducted in pairs, on a Boeing 737NG Simulator !!! . You will be having 5 sessions + briefing and debriefing.
It is the crucial time to develop good habits in both: routine operations and emergencies, and to notice the last shortcomings before applying to all airlines.
