MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) teaches you to work in a multi-pilot crew, JOC (Jet Orientation Course) teaches jet handling. Together they are the final training stage before airline recruitment. You complete them after CPL(A), with an IR/ME rating and ATPL(A) theory, and airlines expect them before type-rating training.
The course develops the technical and non-technical skills needed to operate a Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA) in a multi-pilot crew. You complete the theory independently as CBT, covering the full course and the B737NG simulator.
Practical training is completed in pairs on a Boeing 737NG: 5 sessions, each with a briefing and debriefing.
This is the time to establish sound habits in standard and emergency operations and address any remaining weaknesses before an airline interview.
