Your route to a LAPL: what does VENTUM AIR offer?
By choosing our course, you have the opportunity to earn a LAPL(A) licence which allows non-commercial flights within the EU on single-engine piston SEP(L) aeroplanes with a maximum take-off mass of 2,000 kg and no more than 4 people on board, including the pilot. Flight training takes at least 30 hours on a SEP(L) aircraft, making it suitable for people who want to fly recreationally in a small group with experienced instructors. Preparation begins with ground school, which can start at age 15 with a guardian’s consent. A student may fly solo after turning 16 and obtaining at least a LAPL medical certificate.
For ground school, see LAPL(A) theory.
LAPL training, price and your future: is it right for you?
By choosing licence training at our school, you invest in LAPL training, which offers a quick start in recreational aviation. Lower requirements than PPL(A), including fewer flight-training hours, make it an attractive option. Want to know the cost of a LAPL licence? Contact us for a specific price. We can also help you choose between LAPL and PPL and explain both options clearly. If you want to fly for pleasure, travel or enjoy a new adventure, LAPL(A) may be the right choice. Take your first step into the air. Contact us today for course details and to find out how soon you can begin training for a LAPL licence.
