Graduate careers

Pilots who started with us as students, and often later became instructors, now fly for airlines in Poland and abroad. Below are eleven people for whom Ventum Air was one stage on the journey to the cockpit. Some still work with us and enjoy returning to general aviation to share experience from larger aircraft. Information current in 2026.

The instructor path

For many pilots, the FI(A) instructor rating is a natural career stage: their first paid aviation role and a way to build hours, including with us. Most people on this list started this way. Explore FI(A) ground school and FI(A) flight training.
