FNPT II simulator training

Build practical skills on Ventum Air’s ALSIM AL250 and Redbird FMX simulators.

Simulator sessions play a very important role in pilot training.

It is used from PPL(A) training, where it introduces flight by reference to instruments, through IR(A) instrument-rating training and on to advanced CPL(A) Commercial Pilot Licence training.

Ventum Air ATO has two simulators: the ALSIM AL250 and the American-made Redbird FMX FNPT II full-motion simulator.

How many hours will you spend in a simulator? PPL(A) practical training includes 5 of 45 hours on the ALSIM AL250. The Zero to ATPL(A) programme includes 35 hours on an FNPT II. IR(A) training includes 5 hours at the BIFM stage and 30 hours at the IR stage before you move to the twin-engine Tecnam P2006T. Garmin G950/G1000 familiarisation takes place entirely on the Redbird FMX. No other Polish training centre has a full-motion simulator from this company, so you learn glass-cockpit avionics together with flight dynamics rather than on a classroom screen. Details of both devices: simulators.

The ALSIM AL250 is one of the most modern simulators available and supports training for a wide range of ratings. We use it for IR(A), PPL(A) and rating-renewal training.

Licensed pilots who want to begin flying with a glass cockpit can join our G1000 avionics familiarisation training. It helps you understand modern avionics without having to fly a G1000-equipped aircraft from the start, making training more convenient and reducing aircraft costs.
